SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

UK - Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using DPD UK and EVRI delivery standard is between 1-3 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of £2.95 applies to all orders. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

USA - Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using International delivery services.  We offer a tracked delivery (6-8 days) and an expediated service (3-6 days).  All customs payment charges are paid by the customer, however do contact us with proof of payment and we will re-imburse.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@moseandevents.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
